Organizational Setup

GOHURA is made up of an Advisory Board and a Management Team (MT). The Advisory Board advises the organization on policy and program direction and serve as patron to promote the organization. It consists of nine (9) members Chairperson, Deputy Chairperson, Committee on Programs, Committee on Finance and Administration and Members. The Executive Director is the Secretary General to the Board. Tenure of office for each Board member shall be two years and may be renewed once.

The MT manages the day-to-day activities of GOHURA including planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of programs and shall ensure the organization maintains the highest standards of professionalism and performance. It consists of core staff including Executive Director and Program Officers in charge of the thematic areas and support Staff.
